1. start sipping cool water as soon as pain strikes. Water dilutes the acid and reduces the discomfort.

I agree for here three steps natural ways to reduce acid reflux pain uncomfortable pressure and start sipping cool water as soon as pain strikes and the third step is reduce the causes - acid foods, coffee, refined highly processed foods or eating late at night.
