Grounding Techniques on YouTube

Following my recent article on Grounding Techniques, I've added a video guide to grounding on YouTube. It takes you step-by-step through a simple routine to help you reduce stress and put yourself safely and calmly in the present moment.

(The music on this video is from our new Naturescapes soundscape album.)

Nice techniques to relief stress. I have practiced it and I feel more fresh now. Is it possible if the step by step instruction provided in sound so we don't have to open eyes during the meditation?

Peter,

Thanks for commenting. You make a good point about the instructions being spoken - and it's a funny thing, everything I ever record to do with meditation or relaxation has spoken instructions, but because this was a video I forgot myself and went totally visual!

Thanks for the nudge, I'll remember it for future videos.
