Four Personal Development Bloggers I'm Watching in 2010

Life can be stressful and lonely as we rush from place to place and task to task. During periods of downtime due to ill health I learned that connecting with people who inspire me via the internet was helpful when I couldn't get out and connect face to face.
As I worked on my own recovery I took to blogging to share what I've learned through my own studies and experiences. My desire with Living by Design was to reach out to anyone struggling with anxiety or adversity and encourage them to remember that in every moment we have the chance to choose how and who we want to be.
Inspired by Probloggers recent invite to "Create Your Own Bloggers to Watch List" here's my quick review of some of my favourite bloggers that I recommend looking out for in 2010...
Carole Fogarty - Rejuvenation Lounge
Dani - Positively Present
Monica Bloom - HeyMonicaB
Monica's tag line is "a blooming resource on Ayurveda" and that's exactly what she offers. Sassy, informative writing on the ancient art of self care with lovely text illustrations for many of her posts. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to learn about Ayurveda and pick up some great tips.
Shann VanderLeek - True Balance Life Coaching
Can you write from the hip and the heart? Shann can. Lively, audacious and groovacious, this is a blogger I've watched throughout 2009 with interest. In September this year I ran a project idea by some blogger friends and Shann picked it up with such open minded enthusiasm that we teamed up and launched AnxietySlayer
Someone you'd like to add? Leave me a comment and I'll look them up.

I love Dani from Positively Present too! She was kind enough to let me leave a guest post there.
Hello,
I am trying to get the word out about the up and coming Life-Coach, Austin Vickers. As well as being a Life-Coach, Austin is a Corporate Speaker, Author, Yoga and Spin Instructor and the Founder of the non-profit organization, The Stepping Up Foundation. He is also finishing up his first documentary, People vs. the State of Illusion, which will appear on PBS in the fall. Everyone needs to know about Austin and all that he has to offer. Please help me get him out there!
